Week 31 - 5/3/1 - Day 104

Cycle #5 **Week 2 Day 3**

5/3/1 Bench:  5x100, 5x115, 10x135 BBB Bench:  5x10x80

Thanksgiving Day.  Shortened gym time.  Did the necessary stuff and got out.  Still did my warm-up of course, agile 8, leg swings, foam roll.

Week 31 - 5/3/1 - Day 103

Cycle #5 **Week 2 Day 1**

5/3/1 Press:  5x60, 5x70, 5x75 BBB Press:  10x55, 7x55, 6x55, 6x55, 7x55 Dips:  8/6/6/5/5 *Core: * 5xF Situps + 5x10xBW Back Extensions *Conditioning: * 20 minute interval cycling

Week 30 - 5/3/1 - Day 102

Cycle #5 **Week 1 Day 4**

5/3/1 Deadlift:  3x185, 3x210, 3x240 BBB Deadlift:  5x10x140 *Core: * 5xF Situps *Conditioning: * -None-

Boring But Big assistance sets were pretty intense.  Nothing beats doing another 50 reps of deadlifts after your 5/3/1 sets.
