5/3/1 Bench:  5x100, 5x115, 10x135 BBB Bench:  5x10x80

Thanksgiving Day.  Shortened gym time.  Did the necessary stuff and got out.  Still did my warm-up of course, agile 8, leg swings, foam roll.
