5/3/1 Deadlift:  3x185, 3x210, 3x240 BBB Deadlift:  5x10x140 *Core: * 5xF Situps *Conditioning: * -None-

Boring But Big assistance sets were pretty intense.  Nothing beats doing another 50 reps of deadlifts after your 5/3/1 sets.
