5/3/1 - C3W1 - Squat

Squat:  5x105 + 5x135 + 3x1160 + 5x175 + 5x200 + 7x230 (276.04 1RM) BBB Deadlift 70%:  5x105 + 5x135 + 3x160 + 10x190 + 9x190 + 8x190 + 7x190 + 0x190

Treadmill:  2min. 3.0 speed + 4 min. 5.0 speed

Very grueling session.  Happy with the squats, I was able to crank out more than I was aiming for (6).  Stalled out hard on the BBB assistance deadlifts.  Fatigue got the best of me.

5/3/1 - C3W1 - Press

Press:  *5x30 + 5x40 + 5x45 + 5x50 + 5x55 + 10x65 (86.69 1RM) *BBB Bench 70%:  3x8x105 Chinups:  3xBW + 2xBW Lat Pulldowns:  10x42.5 + 8x42.5 + 7x42.5 BB Curls:  10/8/7 x 40 Facepulls:  *3x10x30 *Dips:  8/5/4

Been a while.  Didn't post up last week's numbers (it was a rest week).  Struggled today across the board today on various lifts.  Tried to do some wide grip pull-ups today, but it was pretty difficult.

5/3/1 - C2W3 - Bench + Deadlift

Bench:  5x55 + 5x70 + 3x85 + 5x105 + 3x120 + 11x135 (186.98 1RM) BBB Press 60%:  5x10x40

Deadlift:  5x105 + 5x135 + 3x160 + 5x195 + 3x225 + 3x250 (264.72 1RM) BBB Squat 60%:  5x105 + 3x135 + 10x160

DB Rows:  5x10x40 BB Curls:  3x10x40 Dips:  3x6 *Face Pulls: * 3x10x30

Today was a pretty awesome workout again.  Bench strength was crazy today, I was able to bang out 11 reps on the top set.  1RM jumped from 135 2 weeks to 185 today.  I keep thinking I messed the weight of the plates up.
