Day6

Squats:  5x120 + 5x150 + 5x180 + 5x210 + 5x240

Bench:  5x70 + 5x85 + 5x100 + 5x120 + 5x135

Rows:  5x75 + 5x95 + 5x115 + 5x130 + 5x150

Pull-ups:  3/2/2

Weighted Sit-ups:  3x8x10lbs

Day 7

Squats:  5x120 + 5x150 + 5x180 + 5x5x180

Press:  5x45 + 5x55 + 5x60 + 5x70

Deadlift:  5x160 + 5x190 + 5x225 + 5x255

Day 8

Squats:  5x120 + 5x150 + 5x180 + 5x210 + 3x250 + 8x180

Bench:  5x70 + 5x85 + 5x100 + 5x120 + 3x140 + 8x100

Rows:  5x75 + 5x95 + 5x115 + 5x130 + 3x155 + 5x115
