** 5/3/1 Bench:  5x70, 5x90, 5x105 **BBB Bench:  3x8x90 Tricep Extensions: * 10x40lbs + 10x45lbs *Tricep Pushdown:  2x20x25lbs Incline DB Press:  2x10x30lbs

Added a bit of extra accessories after the BBB assistances.
