5/3/1 - C1W1 - Squat

Squat:  5x100 + 5x130 + 3x155 + 5x170 + 5x195 + 5x220 Vertical Knee Raises:  2x20 + 3x10

Squats were pretty brutal.  Couldn't go more than the prescribed 5 reps.  Legs were tightening up tremendously.
